In the electronics industry, maleimido carboxylic acids are chemicals used in the production of a variety of specialty products,
including resins and thermoset adhesive films for the semiconductor industry. They also find application in the production of resin
compositions as coating materials, surface treatment agents, materials for optical waveguide circuits, molding materials, laminated plates,
adhesives and printing inks.
We sell these products world-wide starting at the gram scale level going up to Kg single lots.
