BioQuadrant Inc can assist companies in developing their Intellectual Property by performing R&D aimed at expanding the patent coverage of their candidate drugs. We regularly perform lead generation and lead optimization for our clients. This can encompass the generation of analogues of existing lead candidates based on our client’s developed synthesis routes, or the generation of new entities. In close collaboration with our clients, we develop new molecules on paper, develop the chemistry through (patent) literature study, and execute the chemical synthesis of the novel analogues.

BioQuadrant’s unique competitive advantage results from the fact that it has a mature in-house R&D program, aimed at the creation of the building blocks for the drugs of the future. The company has developed over 200 new specialty amino acids and core templates, including substituted pyrollidine carboxylic acids, amino-benzazepinones, spirolactams. Some of these products are offered for sale in small quantities, while others are offered exclusively in our FTE-based custom discovery chemistry services.
