BioQuadrant Inc can assist companies in developing their Intellectual Property by performing R&D aimed at expanding the patent coverage of their candidate drugs. We regularly perform lead generation and lead optimization for our clients. This can encompass the generation of analogues of existing lead candidates based on our client�s developed synthesis routes, or the generation of new entities. In close collaboration with our clients, we develop new molecules on paper, develop the chemistry through (patent) literature study, and execute the chemical synthesis of the novel analogues.
