BioQuadrant Inc can assist companies in developing their Intellectual Property by performing R&D aimed at expanding the patent coverage of their candidate drugs. In close collaboration with our clients, we develop new molecules, develop the chemistry through literature and in-house experimentation, and execute the chemical synthesis of these novel molecules.

BioQuadrant has developed over 100 new specialty amino acids and core templates, including substituted pyrollidine carboxylic acids, amino-benzazepinones, spirolactams. Some of these products are offered for sale in small quantities, while others are offered exclusively in our FTE-based custom discovery chemistry services.
