BioQuadrant's capabilities range from grams to kilograms. Our reactor capacities range from 50 mL up to 50L (jacketed and unjacketed reactions). That is also reflected in our reports which are very detailed and allow you to transfer the technology to large-scale manufacturers. Upon your request, reports can also be in the form of completely executed Batch Production Records – even if we do not operate under GMP. Our products are accompanied by Certificates of Analyses that can include one or more of the following analyses; 1H and 13C NMR, IR, melting point, mass spectrum, TLC, residual solvents, optical rotation, loss on drying, elemental analysis.

“Overcoming a bottleneck.” Client is conducting Phase I clinical trial, but runs out of Clinical Trial Material to conduct further development of their clinical candidate. The original CMO is unable to produce more of the (highly unstable) API. The maximum lot size prepared to that date was 2 grams. BioQuadrant is called to the rescue, and so are 3 other CMO’s. BioQuadrant optimizes the synthesis in 8 weeks, and is the first company to deliver 12 gram of the API within 4 weeks and according to the required specifications.

“Optimize now, and save.” Scale-up of a peptide synthesis. At a cost of $1,600/gram for raw materials and a purity of 70%, the process was optimized by BioQuadrant and validated with 3 scale-up batches (15 grams and more) having a purity (crude peptide) of 90%. Time-line: 9 weeks for optimization and scale-up synthesis (95% purity), at a cost of $650/gram for raw materials.
